TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Genuine buyer. No cheaters. If you want to cancel the order, kindly email us to avoid your name from being blacklisted.

2. Price is fixed. We will try to give our best in terms of pricing and services.

3. All Sales are final. Item(s) sold are not exchangeable or returnable.

4. No refund once payment has been made unless items ordered are out of stock.

5. Important!!! Reservation is allowed for 2 days ONLY. After 2 days, all reservations without payment will be automatically cancelled. Meaning if you order on MONDAY, you've to make a payment before or on TUESDAY. Item(s) will be opened to public on WEDNESDAY.

6. We will ship item(s) ordered after payment has been made. We need time to check payment, check inventory and wrap item(s) before shipping it out. So give us some time to wrap your item(s). If you fail to make full payment as agreed, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without any notice.

7. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

8. Shipping Method : POS Laju (Malaysia). For International buyer, shipping method will be POS Laju and POS Register.

9. NO cash on delivery (COD).

HOW TO ORDER

Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions applied.

Step 1.

Pick your favorite item(s).

Step 2.

Kindly email your order to babylicious0406@gmail.com. Please provide the product code and quantity to purchase.

Step 3.

After we received your order, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours for the confirmation on the availability of said items.

Step 4.

After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our bank account under named SITI MUSFIRAH BT MOHD SHKURI either :-

- MAYBANK (account no: 162254751091) or

- CIMB (account no: 02120066002526)

within 24 hours. If there is no reply from you within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Step 5.

To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please provide all the payment details ie; payment from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money. Failing to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.

** Price quoted NOT inclusive postage unless mentioned. Final price (inclusive postal cost) will be sent in invoice.

** Once payment is made, items will be sent out as soon as possible.
